Owner/President
Dustin Cunningham
Dustin is the owner and founder of Three D’s Marine, Inc. After almost 15 years experience working in the Marine & Industrial industry, Dustin started Three D's Marine, Inc. in 2017 as a way to continue working in the industry that he is most passionate about by providing exceptional service to our customers.
Office Manager
Apryl Alva
Apryl is the office manager for Three D's Marine, Inc. She began working for the company in 2021 bringing over a decade of experience in office procedures including billing processes, invoicing, reconciling accounts, maintaining organized financial records and providing outstanding customer service.
Site Supervisor
Lyle Starks
Lyle began in this industry in 2008 as a general laborer for West Coast Marine Cleaning, Inc. He has grown tremendously throughout his career continuing to find better solutions for services for our customers. Lyle resigned from his general laborer position in 2016 to join Three D's Marine, Inc. in January 2017 as the first Site Supervisor. His skills and knowledge have been a true accomplishment to the great services TDMI has been able to provide to our customers.

Ali Palmeno
Ali has been in the industry since 2008, standing out as a top-notch employee in all aspects. His family has been involved in this industry for many years and he has followed in their footsteps learning the trade inside and out. In 2020, Three D's Marine, Inc. was glad to bring Ali onto the team as a general laborer and he quickly exceeded expectations to move up to Site Supervisor in 2022. Ali continues to educate himself in this trade and brings a great skill set for future TDMI employees as a prime example of how to achieve growth within the company.
Shop Supervisor
Michael (Hunter) Biancaniello
Michael, who goes by Hunter, joined Three D's Marine, Inc. in 2021 as a general laborer. Quickly catching on to the vast movement of this industry, he showed his true talent of mechanical expertise. Hunter moved into a shop supervisor position at TDMI in 2023 while continuing to labor as needed to expand his knowledge in the industry. He has proven to be very motivated to learn and excel to ensure that our equipment stays up to par and in compliance with updated regulations. Hunter continues to better our services by maintaining up-to-date status on new equipment, regulations and service calls required to make sure your jobs are operating smoothly and efficiently.
